Plan your commute right, or suffer the consequences.
Frankly, it can often be quite irritating to wait in total gridlock on county roads.
If you don't like winter, that's also a concern. It's Wisconsin, so get used to the cold if you don't live here.
One begins to wonder whether the current rate of employee expansion is overtaking the ability to train all these employees.
