Large company means lots of different opportunities are available if you get bored with your role’s day-to-day.
Lack of flexibility around working remotely.
Communication from management is very poor. Feedback tends to go nowhere, despite preaching a culture of feedback. I felt unappreciated in the QA role.
Listen to your staff.
Be flexible with work from home.
Be more transparent with rankings and raises.
