Absolute autonomy provided you get the right team leader. Pay rises are amazing if you perform well. Great health insurance. Colleagues are all super smart. Fantastic campus. World-beating food.
Epic's response to COVID, which is a matter of public record, was indefensible.
Public transportation options to campus are lacking.
Some management value hours worked over productivity.
The WFH policy is all wrong (see COVID remark above).
