There are opportunities to try out different responsibilities to see what you like doing the most.

COVID-19 response has been disappointing. They are planning to bring all employees back between July-August, despite recommendations from public health authorities that we work remotely as much as possible. They don’t seem to care about employee health or safety. When employees have publicly (on an internal question forum) asked about the company’s COVID response/plan, questions they don’t want to answer are simply deleted. There is no transparency or trust from upper management.
Your experience can depend greatly on your Team Leader.
If you don’t stand up for yourself, you can easily become overwhelmed with the amount of work. You have to be in charge of advocating for your own work/life balance, but many (especially newer) employees feel like they can’t say no and easily become overworked.
QA compensation is low for the number of different responsibilities we are expected to do.
Continue asking for feedback from employees, but then actually do something with the information you get.
Change policies based on the feedback (COVID response and others, including benefits, PTO, non-pandemic WFH options, career growth opportunities).
Follow all public health guidelines for operating a business during this pandemic, instead of picking and choosing which ones you want to use.
Trust your employees to do our jobs and don’t treat us like children.
