Taught me what it takes to work hard. Taught me what I don't want in a position. The QA at Epic is very solid compared to other software companies. Emphasis on process means that all code goes through the same pipeline.
Not a lot of avenues to learn more. If you are good at what you are doing, you are stuck there, and they will not allow you to change that unless you tell them you have a job offer.
So process-heavy that they forget what's important.
Lots of people do nothing while a few get the hard work done.

The people who are doing a good job need avenues to grow. You do not need to dig for negative feedback if there is nothing outright to say.
