Great pay and benefits (from day 1), beautiful campus, nice cafeteria/cafes/coffee carts, 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of employment.
Team leads are hit or miss (my case was an extreme miss; communication skills were severely lacking). Hours, general feeling of employees = disposable, despite superficial perks.
Clearly communicate expectations with team members, offer constructive (and even positive) criticism, and accept constructive criticism.
