Growing Opportunities Galore
There are so many different opportunities at Epic that the Quality Management job often feels like a choose-your-own adventure. When you've mastered one professional skill, Epic's leadership is skilled at finding new opportunities within the company to grow other skills. Examples include:
- Cross-application internships
- Taking on team ownership roles
- Coordinating a new development
Epic is a fairly young company, which means employees are energized and excited to learn, but can also work themselves too hard. Also, there tend to be very young people leading other young people, so work-life balance is something the leaders and the followers are still learning.
This can lead to burnout in some cases.
