I have a lot of trust for Epic as my employer. They treat us well and really stand on the missionary side of innovators who are in it to be missionaries versus mercenaries. I have a lot of independence, creative and engaging projects, and a comfortable lifestyle with great benefits.
The job will be what you make it to be. It took me some years of learning the ropes and moving around to really find the team that clicked for me.
