Culinary is 10/10. Onsite cafes with great coffee and quality lunch.
Solid first job, and you get to work for the good guys.
Work alone in a windowless box for 8 hours a day, basically not allowed to WFH.
If you're not working on the enterprise client, you're working with very old or proprietary technology. It's more difficult to market your hard skills when you're ready to move on.
After a certain point, it begins to feel like you're not growing professionally because there's not much more to learn that's not industry/application-specific knowledge.
