Great food. Good coworkers. You'll get a lot of good experience if you are early in your career.
Not a lot of opportunities to grow or take on challenging work. A lot of teams have poor quality codebases, and developers are stuck fixing bugs instead of working on enhancements. The web tech stack feels dated and is difficult to work with.
