Good company, but antiquated tools and languages
- Smaller teams have good work/life balance (most).

- Great senior-level management that leads by example.
- Some employees get to work on newer technology.
- Larger teams have poor work/life balance.
- The majority of people end up working in VB6.
Fix the work/life balance. A mandatory late worknight twice a week is ridiculous. Hurry up and get on .NET; nobody wants to work in VB6 anymore.
