Remember that saying "Yes, if..." or "No" is OK if your workload is already very high. Epic hires a lot of bright, motivated individuals who have the tendency to take on more than they can handle and feel like they can't offload some of their work after the fact. If you can manage your workload and put in the extra effort when necessary, you'll do great.
