Campus is beautiful, and the food is good.
Pay and benefits are good.
People are generally friendly. My mentor was always willing to help out.
Experience at the company is completely dependent on who your manager is. I did not click with mine, and she was unable or unwilling to help when I was struggling.
Unrealistically high expectations in regards to work volume. The ideal Epic employee has no life outside of work.
Tried to get employees to return to campus before the vaccine was released. Very "we don't care about our employees as people" vibe.
