The pay is good, and Madison is a cheap, cheap place to live. I could pretty easily find $2 craft drafts at bars, and the beer selection is great here.
The work environment itself is good, and the hours aren't bad at all. Expect to work like 8:00 - 4:30, with maybe a late day or two at the end to prep for your presentation.
You can only find cons with the internship if you compare it to companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc. Those companies pay more and have better programming. Not to say Epic's programming was bad; we were taken to Six Flags for a day and went paintballing another, on top of other things. It's just that it could be better, like having Maroon 5 play a concert just for you.
I would recommend not putting any interns on projects involving VB6 or Cache. The interns I know who were on those projects did not enjoy it. Also, the interns who had to work on Tokay were none too happy either.

The first interview was a test with three parts: learning a new language, a speed test, and four LeetCode easy/medium coding questions. Then, the final round had four interviews, including behavioral and project-based. Overall, it was a great experie
Through OCR, you will first go through a phone interview where they will ask about your experience in projects (especially team projects). If you pass that screen, you will be invited to Madison for an on-site interview. Before leaving for that inter
