Working with smart people, the internship program offers meaningful work that is shown off to customers. Everyone is friendly. I even interacted with the CEO, who was very humble and pleasant, thanking interns for helping with something. Very good pay; generous offers were made to interns. Strong and pleasant corporate culture. The campus is basically a local art museum.
No real downsides for interns. Sometimes the full-time employees do complain about work/life balance, but we didn't really experience that as interns.
