Micro-managing from managers, with a detailed daily work plan down to the minute.
Managers don't care about your long-term career plan. They just use you as labor and expect more and more output from you. If you give them an inch, they push for a mile.
Old tech stack which won't help with your next career moves. Basically, the longer you stay at this company, the less chance you'd have to find your next job.
Terrible response to the pandemic.
Please actually care about your employees and listen to their voices.
