Management has had a very poor response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They have not made employee health and safety a priority when making decisions. When it started getting really bad in the US, they were very behind in allowing WFH, so much so that a petition was started. Once they eventually caved, they worded it in a way that basically shamed people from doing it and still encouraged people to come in. Their reluctance to take precautions to protect employees is a very common pattern throughout their communications during this pandemic.

There has been almost no transparency into why they have decided to risk our health to be on campus. Additionally, when we return, they are not requiring masks to be worn, despite the fact that there will be around 10,000 people on campus.
