Great pay comparable to big 4 software companies. I worked mostly on mobile and web programming with a lot of freedom and ownership. The office was great, the food was great, and housing was free. Many fun activities were planned for interns. I had a lot of smart colleagues from MIT, Princeton, Cornell, etc. The full-time developers were very approachable if I needed help. The projects for interns were very interesting.
Some not-so-helpful, long learning seminars on Epic products.
Large codebase, so better documentation would have helped us.
Relocation costs should have been provided.
More word about this company should be out to attract smart talent.
