Lies, false promises, no hope
You can feel happy when you see the campus on the inside. Ornate buildings and supportive people contribute to this feeling.
I don't know where to start. There's a blame game going on where if you have a TL who doesn't like you, they will go all over the place blaming you for everything, regardless if it's really your fault.
After I put in honestly large hours getting my responsibilities to work, I don't feel the satisfaction and accomplishment I would expect myself to feel if upper management was actually realistic with their expectations.
Please investigate the difference between honest feedback and ones made up from thin air.
