Good company, but there's a disconnect
Beautiful campus, amazing campus food. Depending on your team, you feel like you're doing good.
Disconnect between management and employees.
Needs more communication.
Bleeding knowledge fast.
Not many transferable skills compared to other companies.
I feel that there's always someone leaving every week. Epic is losing a lot of knowledge due to decently sized unrest from the response to the pandemic.
It seems that Epic also makes random role infrastructure changes with no heads-up and no sound reasoning behind them.
