It was a good experience in terms of people, but you had to put in long working hours to keep your job
The place was filled with young, energetic people, and the infrastructure was excellent with great interior design. The training program was good. The cafeteria was excellent.
Most people had the same complaint: you had to put in long hours to keep your job, which leaves you with zero work-life balance.
Don't promote someone as a team leader just because they have worked long enough.
