Pros

Exposure to technology that is increasingly being used in health care. As such, it's a good launching pad for a related career in consulting or at a client site.

Cons

Long hours (think: you can bring pets into the office with you... when you're spending your free time working on the weekends).

Scattered management with no real structure. Career advancement is only available for a select few.

Management tries to paint the picture that it's such a fun and unique place to work, but you soon realize that it's just smoke and mirrors. They constantly remind you that you're "picked because you are among the brightest in their application pool," yet, due to the number of applicants for each open position, you are easily replaceable.

Advice to Management

Take care of the employees, and maybe more will stick around. The funhouse atmosphere does nothing when you're treated like dirt.
