- Surrounded by pretty smart and capable people.
They will extract every ounce of effort that they can from you, no matter the personal cost. Expect to consistently work many hours of unpaid overtime.
Upper levels will consistently gaslight and dehumanize you. Epic's handling of Covid/WFH really laid bare how little you matter.
Diversity and inclusion is not a thing here.
