- Bad work-life balance (having more work than you can handle is standard).
Don’t pretend to be what you’re not.
Don’t claim to be feedback-driven when you won’t listen to internal feedback.
Don’t pretend everything is perfect internally.
Either change your approach to be more in line with your “values” or quit lying.
