Good pay, good health insurance, bad culture
Good pay, good health insurance, and generally an accepting attitude. Personally, I really love the lack of a dress code.
- Heavily encourages overworking its employees.
- Company culture generally sucks. It has a strong cult vibe and seems to think that because it does good things, its employees should work extra hours or do whatever it takes to satisfy customers.
Encourage work-life balance. Get rid of "late nights" except in absolute emergency situations. (Are people going to die? If not, we shouldn't have to work three hours late.) Ideally, even implement a required PTO program to help improve overall morale.
