- Bad tech stack, bad developers in general
Please, please get to the 21st century. Things which are pretty much a standard at tech companies, like WFH, etc., are not acceptable to you. Don't use sabbatical as an excuse to give less PTOs.
Also, the response to COVID needs to be much better. There's absolutely no reason to put the lives of your employees at risk by not shutting down in time or reopening when there's an uptick in cases.
