Remote work isn’t an option for them. Travel is required. The parental leave policy is not good.
If you want to compare yourself to other top tech companies, then you should have generous leave policies. Employees should receive their full pay while on parental leave instead of losing 25% of their pay. Also, 10 half-remote work days isn’t as great as you think it is. You should allow people to work remotely if they want, especially developers.
