It's a great place to start working right out of college. Many of your co-workers will be around your age, and since so many people are being hired, you'll have a whole group of people in your same situation.
You will be expected to work long hours. A 40-hour work week is almost unheard of at Epic. If you want to advance in the company, you will be working 55+ hour weeks. The CEO said she didn't like the term "work/life balance" and preferred thinking of it as "work/life integration." If that's not a warning sign, I don't know what is.
