Advice to Management

Epic should start considering its options for WFH and remote work.

I know it is a part of the culture to have folks work in the office, but with the many opportunities now arising with other employers offering WFH, they'll have to make other sacrifices to attract potential candidates.

Epic also has this culture of being a revolving door of new graduates. They come in for around two years and leave soon after. They should offer better policies (such as remote work) to help with retention.
