Good job if you like working on older technologies
- Great campus, and you either get an individual or shared office.
- The cafeteria has lots of good options for lunch.
- The salary is pretty good for a Midwest location.
- Most of the coworkers are brilliant.
- As a developer, you are required to write most of your code in VB6, which is broken and outdated.
- Some of the older folks can be condescending.
- Too much emphasis on process to push even a small change to production, which can get frustrating.
- The training is overkill.
The push from VB6 to newer technologies needs to happen faster to prevent developers from leaving within an year or two.
