Good starting salary.
Madison is a neat city.
Very stable company.
Management does not listen to employees.
- No WFH options.
- Little vacation (10 days starting out, 15 with tenure).
- Poor work-life balance.
Unable to keep employees around more than a few years; only new talent that comes in is new grads.
Flexibility is key to keep talent. There should be a greater push to hire talent who have already been in the industry.
