I deeply regret staying at this company for as long as I did. If you absolutely must work there (and I do not recommend it), plan your exit as soon as you accept your offer. Don't languish for 3 years, let alone 5 or 10.
Some vocal employees like working there, but they are the exceptions. This place will churn through you, process you to death, and toss you away without a second thought.
