Smart coworkers, meaningful work, good pay
I have to live in Madison, which is a great place, but not quite the same as big cities like NY, Chicago, or LA.
About a 30-minute interview. They will call at the exact time. You should be able to answer questions regarding your resume. You will be asked to attend a skill test after 1-2 days. It's almost the same as what others wrote on this website.
I applied through the university career fair. I got a call in two weeks asking for a telephonic interview. It was mostly behavioral. There was an online assessment following the interview, which had four sections: * Programming * Mathematics * Spee
You get a phone call interview, then take this 2-3 hour long test, and complete a Rembrandt profile. They had really weird questions on it; some of the "math" questions felt more like brainteasers with a play on words.
