Great salary and benefits. Old technology and bad culture
Very good pay, flexible work hours. Great job straight out of college. Stay for a few years or forever; the technology is old and out-dated. The promise of working on the web will likely never happen unless you get lucky.
Lots of bad leads who over-work their employees and delegate many tasks they should be doing themselves. Very little investment in growth, and no technical track. The culture is combative rather than team-oriented.
Grow your employees. There seems to be no progression or growth.
