Pros

Great lunches Good pay

Cons
  • My dad was diagnosed with cancer while I worked here, and my request for remote work was rejected.
  • You work 50-55 hours per week.
  • Because turnover is so high, the codebase is mostly work done by new hires, which makes for a spaghetti-like or duct-tape-fix type of company. The codebase is an absolute migraine.
  • Management is completely out of touch.
  • The actual product is so “customizable” that it is overly complicated. Good design and simplicity go hand in hand.
Advice to Management

Allow work from home. Listen to the needs of your employees. There’s a reason this company can’t attract quality talent anymore.
