The pay is very good.
This is a company that punishes work ethic. If you are more productive, they will load you up with more work until you are overwhelmed.
As a baseline, they expect you to work at least 45 hours per week. Some weeks are much higher.
They do not respect their employees, and their ONLY concern is dominating the market share. I don't know anyone who plans to work here long term. Everyone wants out.
Treat your employees better. Slight concessions (more vacation, more holidays, less micro-managing and control) will help your retention and increase worker happiness enormously. It is absurd that this business model is profitable.
