Very outdated tech. No matter how much they “upgrade,” they will always be behind. There is also a lot of red tape for getting things done.
Worst of all is management’s adversarial stance towards employees. I’ve been here not long, and they’ve rolled back several benefits because they think they can get away with it. They don’t treat their employees with respect.
Very inflexible on work from home. It is implied that you should be working 45 hours a week. You’ll have to push back a lot to maintain work-life balance and hope your team leader is cool enough with it.
