Upper management is out of touch with rank and file employees. Upper management attempts to force culture unnecessarily. Little transparency around even highly impactful decisions. Repeated recent incidents of suppressing feedback and quashing dissent. Awful COVID response that did not take employee well-being into account. Excessively resistant to any reasonable work-from-home compromises.
