You need to start listening to employees and offering actionable feedback for company policies instead of quarterly reviews that go nowhere. There has not been a Life at Epic survey in almost two years, as they know that employees are disgruntled and therefore don't want it on record. The response to remote work and DEI concerns was incredibly disheartening and has encouraged me to start looking for other jobs.

There have been several instances of completely inappropriate comments and actions taken by the President of Epic (Carl) that show he does not care about minority employees and DEI. At most other companies, this behavior gets you axed very quickly, but Epic has done next to nothing.
