Good company. With a nice work culture, at least for the developers.
Amazing software and a great motto. Pays well and is on par with tier 1 tech companies.
Good work-life balance. Very talented peers, and a lot to learn from them.
Some of the code is still in VB, and everyone has to learn VB even if you don't have to deal with it ever.
Complete migration to C# will take more time than expected.
