Pros

It ought to be working for a good cause, but every doctor I've ever talked to hates their software.

Cons

Ethical misconduct, micromanagement, cult atmosphere, extreme uncompensated overtime.

I'm even scared to write this review, fearing they'll hunt me down. I think it's been long enough since I was there that they won't find me. There's no such thing as leaving on good terms.

Their business model for hiring is to find new graduates who don't know any better, strip them of their humanity, and those that survive the process will stay there for life, never allowed to leave. I left on my own terms out of principle.

Advice to Management

I feel just as bad for management.

Leave the company out of principle is my advice.

Things will not get better.
