- Good pay in the Midwest, but not nationwide.
- Living expenses are low if you do not live in Madison.
I stayed in Epic for about two years.
- Old technology. Still using Visual Basic and Cache.
- Very long working hours.
- If you hold an H1-B visa, be careful about your manager. I heard a lot of unhappy stories.
- Your career path will be limited if you put Visual Basic in your skill set.
Do not always threaten your members, saying "you are in danger..."
