They spend most of the time trying to convince you to move to Madison instead of testing your skills. Despite being a software role, they never actually had me write code onsite.

There was a relatively brief phone screen, after which came their infamous online assessment. It contained around 4 programming questions, a section on a made-up programming language that you have to reason about, and a timed section of short logic q

The phone interview was simple and had a good vibe, but the OA was difficult, so I didn't make it past that. The company seemed good, though, in a decent location with a good work environment.
