Phone interview for the first part. It was really nice and moved fast. Questions were asked at a rapid pace. It was easy if you don't overthink. They asked about previous projects you've worked on and your overall software experience.

Phone interview followed by a 5-hour assessment. The assessments have 4 parts, consisting of math, an IQ test, LeetCode, and language learning, and are really easy. They also have you fill out an assessment for culture fit.
