Good compensation, lots of freedom, dive into programming from day one, skipping all the boring training stuff. Only as an intern though.
Nerdy culture. Little feedback or direction was provided on the project. Little attempt was made to provide additional projects to work on when it was clear work on the first one was complete.
Work-life balance really needs a higher priority at this company.
