Nice culture, nice campus
In general, everyone is very nice and willing to spend time to help you understand what's going on. I've heard Team Leads can be a mixed bag. In my experience, my TL followed my progress and was very supportive of the work I did. The campus is beautiful.
The work I did was barely intro-level CS; lots of UI work, which wasn't the most engrossing thing to do.
I heard that this might just be for interns, though.
Also, given the nature of their work (healthcare), there's a lot of QA testing and people to go through in order to release a finished project. So, time to actual release is pretty long.
The TL system seems fine, and the CEO is great. However, her talks usually devolve into rambles about random things she thinks about.
