In general, everyone is very nice and willing to spend time to help you understand what's going on. I've heard Team Leads can be a mixed bag. In my experience, my TL followed my progress and was very supportive of the work I did. The campus is beautiful.
The work I did was barely intro-level CS; lots of UI work, which wasn't the most engrossing thing to do.
I heard that this might just be for interns, though.
Also, given the nature of their work (healthcare), there's a lot of QA testing and people to go through in order to release a finished project. So, time to actual release is pretty long.
