Great pay - one of the highest intern salaries I've seen.
Interesting work - they save a lot of the cool projects for the interns to do.
Fun activities - they host activities almost every weekend and pay for almost everything.
Cool people - Epic's campus feels like a college. Everyone is young.
Free housing - they pay for it all.
Location - Madison is a small city (especially in the summer when UW Madison kids are mostly gone).
