I had a great experience interning at Epic for the summer of 2013.
The compensation was great, the offices were really neat, and I felt like I learned a lot from being there.
Epic has a great support staff for interns, and ultimately, they want to see their interns both do excellent work and learn a lot during their time at Epic.
It is a good place to start out.
Epic is not a place where I would want to stay long-term. While the internship was an excellent experience, there is little room for career advancement at Epic, and the effectiveness of your team largely depends on your team lead.
