• Good compensation for a post-college job. Good raises/bonuses make up for lack of (public) stock options.
• Awesome campus, food, and environment.
• Lots of opportunities, as long as you are willing to work for it.

• Management is young, which can be frustrating at times. They don't always handle difficult situations as well as I would expect, and your experience at Epic is dependent on having a manager who watched out for you.

• Work/life balance is nonexistent. High expectations from our customers and a need to please lead to a lot of late nights.

• If you don't like traveling, don't consider implementation. Travel can exceed 80% at peak times.

Make a more public/concerted effort for long-term employee retention, mentoring, and training.
