Good pay and large company
Hard and tedious Online Assessment.
I had a phone screen with a hiring manager, and then spoke to an engineer for a phone interview. Following these, I did an OA. The OA was pretty tedious – no ability to run code, and lots of questions besides coding.
First, you have a phone call with a recruiter. Then, you get invited to complete the next step in the interview process, which is a timed test. You are asked questions in math and logic, and then have four coding questions of medium to hard difficult
The interview took place on a phone call, and an online assessment was also sent. The coding part of the assessment did not have a code editor and was just a text editor.
